This Privacy Policy explains how ImperionCore, published by ImperionCore ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your information when you use the ImperionCore portal, licensing services and operating system. We are committed to data minimisation and to processing only what is necessary to deliver a signed, licensed security platform.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, company and the credentials you create.
- Licensing & activation data — the edition you hold, license keys, the device fingerprint used to bind a license, the IP address seen at activation, and activation timestamps. This is required to issue and verify Ed25519-signed license tokens.
- Billing data — orders, amounts and status. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.
- Technical & security data — logs, verification events and limited telemetry used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
How we use your information
- To create your account, issue and verify signed licenses, and bind them to authorised devices.
- To process payments, renewals and receipts through our payment providers.
- To secure the platform, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms (including suspension and blacklisting of fraudulent or compromised accounts, IPs or keys).
- To provide support and send essential service notices.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with payment processors to complete transactions, and where required by law. Our publisher, ImperionCore, processes data on the same terms.
Security & retention
Licenses and updates are cryptographically signed (Ed25519) and credentials are stored hashed. We retain account, licensing and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and security purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us to exercise these rights.
International transfers & children
Data may be processed in the regions where we or our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards. The service is not directed to children under 16.
