These Terms govern your use of ImperionCore, published by ImperionCore. By creating an account, purchasing an edition or activating the operating system, you agree to these Terms.
Licenses
Each edition is licensed, not sold, for the term shown at purchase (annual unless stated). A license is issued as an Ed25519-signed token bound to your authorised device and is non-transferable. Community and Academy editions are provided free for their stated purposes.
Acceptable use — authorised security testing only
ImperionCore ships offensive and defensive security tooling. You may use it only against systems you own or are explicitly authorised in writing to test. You are solely responsible for operating lawfully and within scope. Any unlawful, unauthorised or harmful use is strictly prohibited and will result in termination.
Prohibitions
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing editions or license keys.
- Circumventing, tampering with or reverse-engineering the licensing or activation core.
- Sharing a single-device license across unauthorised machines.
- Using the platform for fraud, intrusion of third parties, or any illegal activity.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or blacklist accounts, IPs or keys involved in abuse, fraud or compromise.
Payment, renewal & refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment providers. Licenses renew for the stated term. Because a signed license is delivered immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Verification & revocation
The OS performs signed license checks with a 30-day offline grace period and an air-gap path. We may revoke a license that breaches these Terms or is found to be fraudulent.
Intellectual property & disclaimers
ImperionCore, its branding and the signing keys are the property of ImperionCore. The platform and its tooling are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, for lawful use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the platform.
Termination, governing law & contact
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Questions: licensing@imperioncore.com.
